MONDAY, 3RD JULY, 2017 – AT SEA

Well we're counting the days now until we have to leave this great cruise, and fly home from Los Angeles – we have a new puppy (grandpuppy – 'Coco') to meet and we can't wait to see all the family again.

It's also time for that arduous task of starting to pack – as usual I brought far too much and didn't even wear lots of it ….  will I ever learn???  We haven't bought much along the way, so don't need to buy another bag, just have to jam it all back in!!

We played our last game of cards during the afternoon with good friends (girls won!!) and it was also our last formal night.  We gathered for drinks in Vines with delicious canapés, followed by 'free' drinks - thank you Captain.  As per usual, Captain John Foster, didn't disappoint us with his great humour and friendship and rattled off how many eggs, bacon, tomatoes, bread rolls, ice cream cones, beer, wine and more, we had all consumed over the last 7 weeks – sounded disgusting, but I doubt there is a single person who hasn't gained a few pounds!!!

So what's next, dinner of course and a scrumptious Soup & Bread Roll, Lobster Tail with Veg, followed by a delicious Princess Loveboat desert!!!.... and always good company.
